The subsidiaries are all registered companies, with the main aim of participating in certain business activities in Nigeria and the rest of Africa. These activities extend from Healthcare to Energy, Logistics, Communications, Real Estate, Contracting, Mining, Entertainment and Investment.

Transcon Group is open to long/short term investments in publicly quoted or private companies. It is also active in the money market by way of Treasury Bills and Fixed deposits.
